How much does it cost?
You pay per project and see each creator's price before you order. A subscription is optional: Pro and Agency bring preferential prices with every creator and more room for your team. Prices shown at checkout are final and include platform costs. VAT is added on the invoice.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer when you accept the project, from the proforma you download in the project. You get a single invoice per project from Crenzy Creativity SRL.
How do I choose the right creator?
From the applicants, by portfolio, rating, level and niches. You can save a shortlist and invite creators you want to work with again directly.
What if the delivery is not what I asked for?
Leave timestamped feedback and request a revision. Two are included. If it is still unresolved, open a dispute and the team decides.
Can I work with the same creator again?
Yes. Invite them directly to a new project at their rate, without posting a campaign.
Do I have to ship the product?
Only if the project needs it. Create the label in the platform and follow the parcel. For services you skip the stage.
Who owns the clip?
The creator keeps the copyright. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive digital license, included in the price, for organic and paid use.
Can I give my client access to their brand?
Yes. Invite them with a view or marketing role, limited to their brand.
How is billing done for an agency?
Centralized on the agency or separately per brand, as you choose in the organization. One invoice per project.
